Return policy

Custom Labels

We do not accept returns for custom labels. Please make sure all label specifications are correct before placing your order.  No changes can be made once a custom label order has been made.  If there is an error in your custom label order that is the fault of Hey Label, we will remake your label to the correct specifications. Please note, the incorrect labels must be returned to Hey Label.

In-Stock Labels

All In-Stock labels may be returned or exchanged within 7 days. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of a return or an exchange. All items must be returned in original state without damage or missing parts. All non-defective items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To qualify for a return or exchange for stock items, all the following conditions must be met (Custom Label orders do not qualify for return/exchange):

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of your order. To request an RMA, go to order info and select “Orders and Fulfillment” from the Issue list.
  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The RMA number must be included along with your returned product.
  • Additional terms and conditions:
  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to HeyLabel.
  • If you return Product to Hey Label (a) without an RMA from Hey Label or (b) without all parts included in the original package, HeyLabel retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Hey Label’s receipt of Product.

Hey Label ships to the United States only.  Most orders will ship out 7-14 business days after order has been placed.  Hey Label ships through USPS or UPS.

Order Delays:

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible by processing your order and preparing it for shipping as soon as possible.  Rarely, there may be a delay in shipping your item.  Hey Label will not be responsible for delays due to delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather conditions and other unforseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Credit card information discrepancy:
Make sure the billing address entered at checkout matches the billing address on file with the credit card company to prevent any delays or cancellation to your order.

Out of stock items:
If an item that is out of stock is purchased, Hey Label will do everything to get the order to you as fast as possible.

Incorrect shipping address:
Verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once your order has left our facility, we cannot make any address changes. You assume all responsibilities to verify and make changes to the shipping address.

Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous US:
Areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, & US territories may require additional shipping cost, handling and delivery time.

Accepting delivery:
Depending on the items in your shipment, a signature may be required to deliver the package. If this is the case please make arrangements to have someone available to accept and sign for the delivery, if applicable.
